Knitting can be an "Awakening" experience (Satori). I hope that Knitting Satori can be a place where those awakenings can be shared and passed on to others.

Good Morning, This is the other multidirectional scarf I'm making. It's an experiment. I found a different pattern on the internet and thought I would try it out. There are only a few things different but the basics of it are the same. Now the story of the yarn. Well I had been watching this yarn at Jo Ann's and couldn't decide if I liked it or not then when I decided to try this other scarf I thought of this yarn, when I went back to Jo Ann's to get it they only had one left. Figures, they said they would get more in and I have all ready found a place where I can order it from. The Moral of the Yarn Story. Buy-ith it when ye see-th it, because-ith it may-ith be gone-ith next time-ith. Oh yeah, I tried something different, with this also, I am doing all the knitting on this Contential.

Don't you just love that yarn!!! I think it just screams cool crisp weather with a little spice in there... The colors look awesome in that pattern...
I do love this yarn. And why I am drawn to it I don't know, but I do know that there is a clean crisp feeling almost refreshing feeling I get when I see it. I am thinking about getting the solid in the blue and the brown for the fringe. I just love it when experiments turn out well.
I really like this scarf, maybe I will give it a try. And your color combo is really sharp.
Winter will be here before we know it. Out come all the scarves!
