Catching up on the knitting chit chat

Finally I have a few minutes to blog. Not to dump on my knitting sisters about my aches and pains, but lately, actually about 3 weeks now, I haven't been feeling well. Nothing specific or big enough to make me stop and go to bed, just something isn't right, I'm sleepy all the time, mild headaches, stuff like that. I guess that's why I haven't been blogging as much. So what do I do, I keep my busy schedule going full tilt AND add a few things to it. I think I need a vacation.

This weekend I did have a little time to rest and it felt wonderful. Now if I could sleep for about 3 days straight, I'd feel 100% back to my old self. LOL. But, in all my craziness I have been productive. I've started a Constant Companion Bag from my Knitter's Stash book. With all my leftover wool, I thought it would be great to take all of it and make a bag, so that's what my Companion bag is going to be. I also have one slipper done and about finished with the second, then I'm going to do some kind of edging around the opening. These I'm also making out of yarn for the stash. (well just pat me on the back LOL)

And then the big news I've finished the main body of the Felted Backpack and just have to sew it up, knit the straps and felt it.

So you are update, the blog is updated and all is good. I'm headed for bed. :-) Posted by Picasa
