Where have I been? Making Another Bag,

I've been bagging. This pattern I made myself. Actually its parts from 4 different bags that I really enjoyed making. But, for some reason, it didn't turn turn out quiet how I planned. It's still nice, and the lady who wants it, will love it, but, picky me would say on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the perfect felted bag, this one for me is about a 6 or 7. This weekend I'll line it and send it off.

Today is a big day. We (Sara, GT and I) are meeting with the counselors at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School. Sara maybe signing her papers to start culinary school. I'm so excited for her. She is an excellent cook, and has a long line of family members on both side that are chefs and restaurant owners so I think she'll be fine. She wanted to pursue another direction just because cooking came so easy to her she kind of blew it off. But, some of the people where she works talked with her, tasted one of her dishes and they encouraged her to follow her gift. So this afternoon we will see what happens.

Ok, I'm out of here, have to get cleaned up and presentable. LOL. Posted by Picasa
